Why We
Built This School

Recession Proof Electrical Trade School was born from a clear and frustrating observation: the electrical industry desperately needed workers, and too many people desperately needed careers — yet there was no fast, affordable, mentorship-driven bridge connecting them.

Traditional trade programs took years. University degrees cost tens of thousands and led nowhere near a job site. And most people who wanted to enter the trades had no clear, accessible pathway to do so.

We changed that. Our 4-week pre-apprenticeship program was designed specifically to take motivated individuals — with zero experience — from their first day of training to their first day of paid work, as quickly as possible, without cutting a single corner on quality.

Today we train over 275 students per year, hold a 90% job placement rate, and have deep partnerships with the employers who hire them. Every 4 weeks, another group of people's lives change.
